Strictly speaking, this translates into English as “I am receiving stress.”  Unfortunately, this “Konglish” word “스트레스” isn’t used with the verb “receive” when communicating in English.  The correct English phrase would be “I am stressed,” “I am under a lot of stress,” or more commonly, “I am stressed out.”
